The Business Development Specialist will play a critical role in our company's growth strategy. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing new clients, and overseeing service management to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify, develop, and onboard new clients, creating tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
• Interface directly with clients to understand their needs, address their concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.
• Work closely with our service management team to ensure that client service delivery is timely, efficient, and of high quality.
• Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Use your proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform business development strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and execute business development plans.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to facilitate effective communication with clients.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and retention.
• Strong understanding of service management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
